Return Policy
1. Introduction
At Main Phase, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including: Boxes, boosters that have been unsealed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@mainphase.nl with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process may take 14 days to complete, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@mainphase.nl and follow the return process outlined above.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mainphase.nl with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
